ICF (Islamic Cultural Foundation of India) is a Socio-Cultural organization working among the Indian community in Kuwait for about last three decades. ICF is affiliated to it’s parent organization Samastha Kerala Sunni Yuvajana Sangam (SYS) state committee. The main objectives of this organization includes but not limited to charity, education, social and cultural activities.
